A potential fight between Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto is garnering so much attention that the boxing analysts at ESPN briefly discussed the match up during last week’s taping of “Friday Night Fights.” Though the match up between these two Top Rank boxers isn’t solidified, it’s almost a certainty seeing that the only competition Manny has includes Floyd Mayweather, Shane Mosley, Juan Manuel Marquez, and Miguel Cotto.
Mayweather and Marquez have rescheduled their fight in September. Everyone is ignoring Mosely for one reason or another. Cotto, coming out of a spectacular win over Joshua Clottey, is the only one available during the tentative match up date in November.
