According to Manny Pacquiao’s team, the people’s champ will be featured on The Early Show next Friday, June 19, in New York City. Manny will be in town to attend the Boxing Writers Association of America awards.
Manny will be presented with the Fighter of Year for 2008, and his trainer Freddie Roach will receive the Year’s Top Trainer award (which should be presented to him by Floyd Mayweather, Sr., IMO).
So make sure you tune in next Friday on CBS! Set your DVRs and TiVos or wake up early, eat plenty of pan de sal, and drink some coffee to watch. Just make sure you tune in!!
